When you send our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), current website (optional), city and state, type of organization, the best time to reach you (optional) and your message (optional).

Information collected automatically

Our Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. To deliver the Site and keep it secure, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you request. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam, which processes similar technical signals.

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request and schedule a strategy call.
• To prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
• To keep the Site and our form secure and free of spam.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and manage inquiries, such as our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and the business tools we use to organize client requests. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
• A successor business, if Chroma is involved in a merger or sale, with this policy continuing to apply.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Depending on where you live, including in Texas or California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what we collect and to opt out of certain uses. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

The Site is meant for organizations and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
